San Francisco 旅行 #1 〜JUMPアプリを使って電動チャリを拝借〜
先日アメリカから帰国しました。アメリカ4回目にして初のウエストサイドです。８日間で、
- Golden Gate Bridge
- Fisherman's Wharf
- Napa Valley
- San Jose
- Yosemite National Park
ゴールデンゲートブリッジからヨセミテ国立公園など、ハードに動きました！
ここでは何回かに分けて、各スポットのメモを載せます。まず、ゴールデンゲートブリッジ。ユニオンスクエアから
というアプリを使ってチャリを拝借。みなさんご存知の通り、坂が多くて有名なサンフランシスコ 。街の中だけでなくゴールデンゲートブリッジに近くにつれ、傾斜は高くなっていきます。JUMPのチャリは全て電動式なので超大助かり。多くの観光客がヒィヒィ坂を登る中、スイスイ漕いでいけます。
ただし、残量バッテリーの確認は怠ることなかれ。
可哀想なことに、夫は帰り道で充電が切れてしまいました。（まぁ26マイルも走れば当然か・・・）
続いて、フィッシャーマンワーフ。こちらも有名な観光地ですよね。楽しみにしていたのは、ロブスターロール！
たまに新宿サザンテラスで販売しているのを見かけますが、本葉を食べてみたかったんです。
各屋体に陳列されていました。どれもだいたい２０ドル〜２５ドル前後。高い！
えいやと買って外で食べてみることに。感想は、
- 重い
- 大きい
- 飽きがやはい
毒舌ですみません^^;
美味しかったのですが、パンがズシッと重たく、すぐお腹に膨れてしまいました。私は夫とシェアしましたが、もう１〜２名いても良かったかもしれません。（あくまでも私の感想です）
そうそう、夏のサンフランシスコは寒いと聞いていましたが、思っていた以上に寒かったです！
特にゴールデンゲートブリッジは風も強く、トレーナーやパーカーは必須です。くれぐれもお忘れなく！！
I came back from the U.S. a few days ago. It was 4 times to go there but was the first time to visit to West Side which is San Francisco!!
Here are spots that I have visited in 8 days.

- Fisherman's Wharf
- Napa Valley
- San Jose
- Yosemite National Park
Seems very busy days, doesn't it? I do want to say YES!! But it was very fun, amazing, and memorable at the same time. Let me some notes not to forget. Also, I would be glad this might be useful for someone when travels there.
Golden Gate Bridge
We drove from Union Squea to there by bike. Many people pick up bikes by a rental shop but we didn't do like that. We used the app that is called " JUMP ". If you are the user of Uber, you can make it up easily.
One of the fabulous things of this service is that all of bikes are electric. As you know, San Francisco is famous of slopes. So.. you can imagine if it wasn't.
Even though we used the electric one, it takes about 3 hours and 26 miles !! And unfortunately, my hasband's bike was dead when we were running the return path of the bridge. Sorry for him!!
So, what I am saying is that I do recommend you to use this, but please check how much power is left on a bike or it is going to kill you like my husband!
Fisherman's Wharf
At Fisherman's Wharf, we ate ate and ate. Like this pic upside. This is one of famous food here. My comment about this is 3 word.
- A large volume
- Big size
- Costly price
I didn't say it is not good but maybe because of the weather it was cold, we were getting tired with finishing to eat it. The taste was good though.
My recommendation to share it with more than 2 persons!!
